What services do you offer to shippers?
We provide full truckload service with either dry van or refrigerated (reefer) equipment. We currently service the continental U.S. We don’t support pickups or deliveries at farms or ports, or service hazmat shipments.
How do I get started shipping?
Once your account is verified, you will be able to get quote for your shipment which will take small amount of time after filling the information about your shipment and facilities.
What services do you offer to shippers?
We provide full truckload services with either a dry van or refrigerated(reefer) equipment.
Can I tender a multi stop shipment through the platform?
Yes. The Freightcab Shipper Platform supports point-to-point and multi-stop shipments. Either you can select the type of locations as pick up or drop off when you add stop point while creating your shipment.
Are you servicing Canada or Mexico?
No. Freightcab is not currently servicing freight into or out of Canada or Mexico through this shipper platform
Will Freightcab let me know where my shipment is?
Yes. We offer 24/7 visibility through live GPS tracking on your shipments, enabling tracking from the point where a load is loaded to when it’s dropped off at its destination. We’ll also notify you of major shipment progresses (accepted, driver assigned, dispatched, at pickup, in transit, at delivery, delivered).
