How do I book a load?
Once your carrier account verified after filling out the required forms and uploading validated necessary documents by our account managers, which will take some time to investigate the authenticity and releability of your company, you are ready to accept any shipment in the offers section.
How do I know my account is verifed or not?
After registering to the system, fill out all the forms correctly in the Profile info and upload the documents which certifies your company's profile with the valid documents. Then, press the Request verification button, to notify the system administrators. Once they approve that your are eligible to work within Freightcab you will get notification which shows that your company is verified and the check icon inside circle next to your name will be blue colored.
What kind of shipments does Freightcab offer?
We provide full truckload service with either Dry van(53') or Reefer(refrigerated)(53') equipment. We currently service in the states of U.S. We don’t support pickups or deliveries at farms or ports.
What do I need to sign up?
We are working with carriers of all sizes, starting from owner-operators to large fleets. Our registration process is 100% online and only takes a small amount of time. You’ll be asked to fill out information about your company and accept the Terms of Service. After login with the one time password to verify your account upload copies of your MC/DOT operating authority letter, certificate of insurance, and W9. You’ll also need to make your drivers download our app to keep them rolling.
How do you examine carriers in your network?
Freightcab is trying to get qualified carriers into the system to enhance the standards to the industry’s highest level in order to provide shippers with higher quality, better on-time performance, and fewer safety incidents. Our system administrators and machine learning models continuously evaluate carriers with the information from shippers to build one of the industry’s safest, most reliable, and fastest shipment networks.
Can I track my drivers who works under my company?
Yes. We are providing 24/7 real-time tracking through GPS on trucks, enabling tracking from the point where a load is dispatched by one of your drivers after assignation to the shipment, to when it’s dropped off at its destination. We’ll also notify you for major shipment processes when your driver fulfill required actions on time.
